Mixed Berry & Freddo Porridge Oats Recipe

After spending the last 12 weeks at home, being very leisurely and doing whatever I please each day, my attitude towards breakfast has got a little lax. We’re talking more brunch or bagels with cream cheese and whilst that’s oh so lovely at the weekend, having something bouji every single day, isn’t really ideal as I’ve learnt the hard way it leads to pounds creeping on…

So, in a bid to get back into the swing of healthier breakfasts and eating early morning, rather than around lunchtime, I’ve started to experiment with porridge oats and playing around with toppings. If it’s boring, I won’t want it and I’ll be reaching for the bagels again, so this is my first attempt at an aesthetically pleasing yet really delicious porridge oats bowl.
