It’s been a while since I’ve chatted beauty round here. Truth is, I’ve just spent the bank holiday weekend with no make up on whatsoever, in active wear walking the dog. So yanno there’s been no beauty regime happening.
But the ‘looking like a toe’ life is not for me, so I’m kick-starting a new week with a round up of two new beauty product launches that I’ve put to the test and been using for the last month or so.
For the past year I’ve been a Babe of Glory, part of the Soap & Glory blog squad and kindly gifted a couple new launches to try and share my hi day thoughts on.
And doing so for this new launch, is easy peasy. I’m the kinda girl who absolutely can’t sleep in makeup. As soon as I get in from work I have to get my face off with a micellar water and then I’ve been using this to wash my face – morning and as soon as I get in.
It’s nicely scented, leaves my face feeling squeaky clean and does me a solid in getting rid of mascara that normally doesn’t budget for love nor money after just one wash.
I’m a quarter way through the bottle as you only need one pump and you’re away. I’ll definitely be re buying this one when it does eventually run out.
Skinny Tan Body Glow & Protect and Glow
So I’m not a fake tan kinda girl at all really. Rivaling Casper at being pale is my forte and whenever I tan it goes blotchy and generally looks crap. I also always wear an SPF cos we should all look after our skin more and I’ll tell anyone who will listen that we can still burn through clouds… Get a factor on!
The Skinny Tan Protect & Glow has an SPF 30 so it tans and protects your skin, meaning it’s perf for those like me who need the best of both
I was kindly #gifted the Body Glow aftersun too which also tans but helps your skin heal and feel fab after a day in the sun. Both products are easy to apply and I’m sold tbh.
