Easter. It’s the one holiday that kind of creeps up on us every year and yet we’re so thankful for it as it brings time off work, lighter spring-like weather and the excuse to eat chocolate in abundance.
Four-day weeks are good for the soul and after a long winter, it feels like summer is around the corner. She says optimistically… Last week an email pinged within my inbox from the British high street stalwart that is M&S. Marks, Marksies, Marks and Spencers. Whatever you call them, we were all brought up being dragged around M&S with parents or grandparents at one point or another.
In our house when I was growing up, a trip out to the big Warrington Gemini M&S was a full day event.
Back to the story. So, an email pinged asking if I’d like to receive and sample some of the additions to their 2019 Easter range. OBVs I said yes.
Two days later a big ass box arrived and honest to god, it was like Christmas. Darren and I were both keen to rip into the box and have a nose at the contents. And here ladies and gents, let’s delve into the GOOD STUFF.
