Fashion // Winter Pastels

It’s been a while since I last posted an outfit post, but during a recent Sunday lunch trip, I managed to convince the boyo to take a couple of outfit snaps.

saturday-well-spent

January and February are the coldest months of them all so I’ve found myself reaching for my pink coat, over the knee boots and hat and scarf combo. I asked Darren to take these pictures during a trip into Liverpool on the weekend as we had a lunch reservation booked. Expect another post later in the week about that but I wanted to share these few snaps.

I picked this coat up from the M&S sale a few weeks ago as it was a bargain at half price, considering it’s still very much ‘on trend’ and such fab quality. I’m still loving my huge blanket scarf from Primark that’s seen me through the last few winters and these over the knee boots are still a relatively new purchase, that I got from Just Fab in October/Nov time after spotting them on Instagram!

It was SO cold when these pictures were taken so I was wearing allll the layers in cute, pastel shades!

I think pastels are such a good-to-go colour palette in winter as they make your outfit look put together when really it’s just loads of layers thrown together!

  • Hat – George @ ASDA
  • Scarf – Primark
  • Jumper – Primark
  • Coat – M&S
  • Jeans – ASOS
  • Boots – Just Fab
  • Bag – Michael Kors

  1. It’s nice to see a nice pastel winter outfit as we are surrounded by a distinct lack of colour. Can’t wait for Spring to emerge!
