I’m still not quite sure how it’s happened but this year I’ve managed to buy all my presents and get them wrapped with two weeks to go to the big day.
I think it helps that this year I had an idea of what I wanted to get people and after a bit of saving beforehand I can treat my friends and family this year.
Seeing as I had the big gifts covered from quite early on this month I thought I’d create a smaller gift guide focusing on stocking fillers. The little presents that we forget about but appreciate just the same, however, big or small.
These are perfect for every girl/woman in your life whether it’s a treat for your Secret Santa, your mum, sister, mother in law or best friend!
When I’m picking out stocking fillers I tend to head straight for Superdrug as they’ve got everything under one roof.
I don’t think you can go wrong with skincare essentials for anyone. Whether you pick up a new moisturiser, toner or a serum, skincare is welcomed all year round and it’s such a simple gift to pop inside a loved one’s stocking.
GOSH is one of those brands that I always see on the shelf but never think to pick up. Highlighters are a girl’s best friend at the minute and seeing as Christmas is the perfect time to sparkle and shine, this is a great little gift idea. I love the colour of this one and can’t wait to wear it for my Christmas works party this week.
I picked up this quad of nail varnishes with my Mum in mind. She loves painting her nails and the quality of No 7 products at Boots is so good, I thought she’ll love the four different shades. It was only £12 for four full-sized bottles too, so they’ll last her through to spring when she wants to switch up her collection.
Similar to highlighters, beauty blenders are big business at the minute. Whether you’re already on the hype or want to treat your bestie to a new set, Studio London are best known for their make-up brushes so when I saw they had released a range of beauty blenders, I knew they’d be ideal for any stocking this Christmas.
Champneys is best-known for their luxury spas and hotels, so it seems fair that they release their own range of skincare. Available at Boots, I picked up a couple of items from the range on the 3 for 2 offer to wrap up for various family members. With a variety of scents to choose from and lots of different products available, I couldn’t leave them on the shelf!
* I was kindly gifted a couple of items from Superdrug but didn’t receive payment.
