Food // Revs De Cuba New Menu Review

Earlier this week my mum and I headed into Manchester to spend the afternoon having a nosey around the shops and taking a pit stop at Revolucion De Cuba for lunch.

They’ve recently launched a new menu complete with a range of tasty tapas style dishes to share, lots of different mains, including burgers, rissoto and salads and mouth-watering desserts.

Oh and let’s not forget the cocktails. The delicious rum filled cocktails that had a true taste of summer. I could *almost* have imagined I was lay on a tropical island somewhere…..not sheltering from Manchester’s delightful 2 degree temperatures!

The bar/restaurant is so pretty, cute tables with cute detail on each wall. And when our food arrived, we weren’t disappointed!

A trio of tapas plates to start- pork and chorizo quasadillas, meatballs and lightly fries cauliflower with sour cream. Just, amazing. Each dish was full of flavour and quite filling too.

Then we moved onto the main dish. Chicken thighs skewer to share with sweet potato wedges. The dressing this was in complimented the meat so well and it was just delicious!

There was defo enough food for the two of us to share.

But it would be rude not to try the desserts out for size to….So Mum went for the churro cheesecake and I chose the sweet nachos. And just like every other dish we tried, these were simply amazing too!

I can’t wait to return and to try more of the menu!

*Thank you to Revolucion De Cuba for allowing us to sample the menu. My opinions on the food are all my own- go try it for yourself!

  1. Great review! 🙂 I’ve just been to and published my Revolucion de Cuba Milton Keynes review, I really enjoyed it. The tapas and cocktails were by far my favourite. I wasn’t sure on the sweet nachos so I went with the churro cheesecake, but having read your post I’m starting to wish I’d opted for them now!
