A relaxed weekend was necessary after a crazy couple of weeks and mine went something like this…
- A pot of lemon and ginger tea each morning. I mean, I drink this through the week too, but it tastes so much better on the weekend, lied in bed after a massive lie in
- Friday night I went for tapas with my bestie and I couldn’t resist the creme brûlée for dessert.
- And today we went for brunch. Poached eggs are a must on a Sunday with a healthy green juice on the side. This week I plan to eat a little better so why not start today!
