Pescetarian food diary – week 3

Here we are already, week 3. Now we beer to start this weeks post with an admition – I’m really starting to miss meat. I just want a burger ok?

But until then with just another week to go, lets take a look back over the past week. 

This week I upped my quorn game with chilli becoming a firm favourite. I tried Linda McCartney sausages and eat a big ole bowl of peanut butter noodles when I was craving something naughty. 

Roasted peppers filled with couscous and feta was my favourite meal of the week whilst pitta breads became a lunchtime staple. 

And I opted for fried squid on Thursday when I went out for tea. Delicious!

Just a week to go till the #pescetarian4week challenge is over. Am I gonna keep it up? Find out next week….
