Slimming World update – Week 3

I’m now three weeks into following the Slimming World plan. Ive decided to do it myself, attending the class to get weighed to ensure it’s accurate but skipping the group chats as I feel I’m doing well on my own.

I decided to blog this to keep me on track and simply to highlight, it is that easy. I’ve still enjoyed desserts and alcohol, on moderation and within my syns. But upped my fruit and veg intake, cutting out snacks but enjoying meal prep and home cooking again.

Three weeks in I’ve lost 5lbs. A nice slow but steady start. Showcasing it is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. My friends, family and bf are really supportive and it hadn’t felt like too much of a transition. Hopefully this is just the start of a healthier me….
