London, the capital home to Oxford Street, Spitalfields Market and Covent Garden, yet next month fashion week will be gracing the capital once again. The week of the year that showcases some of the UK’s upcoming hottest trends for SS15 and shows exactly what we’ll be wearing when the sunshine begins to make a comeback next year…
One of my favourite parts of #LFW is getting the goss on who is sat FROW, whether it be Harry Styles, one of my girl crushes and fave ex-Alouder, Nicola Roberts or Grimmy geggin’ in with all his showbiz pals, daaaahling. It’s always fun to see who’s rubbing shoulders with the fashion elite and editors alike.
I’m sure many bloggers will too be making the pilgrimage down for the event with brands making up the scenery at Somerset House and street style snaps being taken showcasing the wildest outfit choices and boldest use of colour in clothing.
That said and speaking of future fashions, there are a few trends I’m currently coveting for the season ahead. Autumn signals the start of colder nights and a nip in the air so I will soon be taking my cosy knits, boots and scarves and snoods out of storage.

Burgundy, dogtooth and leather look er’thing are soon to be hitting the high street and come payday I cannot wait to massively indulge! My burgundy fedora was a staple item in my wardrobe last year and with the start of September, it will be shortly making a reappearance.
Dogtooth is a trend that has been on the scene in the past but I’ve always strayed away. But this year change is going to come and I have my eye on an oversize scarf that will look fab layered with my trusty leather jacket.
And finally faux leather loveliness is one of my weaknesses. Last A/W I invested in a faux leather sleeve t-shirt from Primark that went on to be one of my most worn items, so this year I have my sights set on a leather mini in black and midi skirt in patent nude. Want.
