The festive lull

During the festive period this year its safe to say I have relaxed a lot more than usual. Due to a shocking bout of flu which knocked me out and saw me bed-bound for 6 days, right up until Christmas Day, I have done very little. But one way I have spent my days are checking out the sales. With only one more day off work left, I have made the very most of being at home and done my sales shopping from the comfort of my home. In my onesie with a bowl of chocolates next to me of course. It is Christmas after all.

The festive lull between Xmas and New Years has been rather lovely band I have treated myself to a couple of new bits and bobs.

I just love satchels and despite already owning a raspberry coloured Zatchel and a Cambridge Satchel, I couldn’t resist this pastel green beauty from Zatchels in the 25% off sale.

My pair of black wedge heel high top trainers are the comfiest pair of trainers and I can get away with wearing them for work so I hit the sales with the quest of finding a new perfect pair. The beige pair I have ordered from Debenhams are no longer available online, but I’m considering this pair too from Carvela….

And then the annual sales shop where you end up ย buying stuff not in the sale… yeah so I treated myself to this gorgeous pair of ASOS circle earrings. I am an avid hoop earrings wearer, so I though these are a nice twist on my classics.
